There are finally new punchcard quests in fortnite season 8 for dark jonesy, but players were surprised to see how difficult some of the main challenging tasks require.
With a brand new Ghostbusters film on the horizon and the Halloween event for Fortnite kicking off recently, of course there was going to be some sort of crossover event. The Containment Specialist NPC can provide you with a series of Punchcard challenges to complete. The first of these challenges tasks you with deploying seismographs at certain locations around the Battle Royale Island. The challenge isn’t too hard, you just got to know where to look. This guide will show you where to deploy seismographs in Fortnite.
Where to Deploy Seismographs in Fortnite
The first thing that you need to do to begin the Punchcard Quest is talk to the Containment Specialist NPC on the island. The NPC can be found on the Camp Cod island to the south of the map. His location will be signified by a white Speech Bubble when you get close to him. Once you talk to him, you will be able to start the Seismograph Challenge challenge right away as it is the first one in this Punchcard Quest. You will find the Seismograph locations at either Catty Corner or Misty Meadows and you will need to place down three of them to complete the challenge. Luckily, both locations have three Seismographs each so you will only need to visit one of them to complete the challenge. Walk up to the glowing blue box and interact with it and place down the Seismograph.

Once you deploy the Seismographs, the challenge will be completed and you will be rewarded XP for leveling up your Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass. Once you have deployed the Seismographs, you can move on to the next challenge in the Containment Specialist’s Punchcard Quest: Exterminate three Mini-Pufts with a Pickaxe in Sludgy Swamp, Lazy Lake, or Retail Row.
