You can purchase the Harley Quinn Skin with V-Bucks when it is available in the Item Shop. It normally makes a regular rotation every 175 days or so and is expected to make a return in the Item Shop this August 20, 2022.
You’ll have to complete challenges in order to unlock the alternate version of the skin called “Always Fantabulous.” It is a version with a shorter pigtailed Harley Quinn in a white shirt. Check the requirements to earn the skin:

Spider-Man was a welcome addition to the roster of skins available to Fortnite. Many have been wanting to get the skin for months, especially after the popularity of the recent Spider-Man movies which had many wanting to put on this superhero’s legacy. This skin is particularly based on the Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The Spider-Man’s skin debut also included his mythic Web-shooters which players can acquire and use to swing around the map.

Omni Sword
The Omni Sword has a very futuristic design with glowing plasma where its blades should be. Now here is a sword that looks intimidating. The Omni Sword has a complex design that is noteworthy. Just look at that hand guard which is normally designed for protecting your hand from attacks. While you don’t need it here, it’s a pretty nice a nice addition in terms of aesthetics.
