Fortnite: Where to Find All Omni Chips at Sleepy Sound

There are new Omni Chips this week in Fortnite, and here's where to find the ones at Sleepy Sound.

As part of the current Fortnite Battle Pass, players can gain access to the Omni Sword pickaxe. This cosmetic item can be further customized by spending collected Omni Chips around the island. Nine Omni Chips are added to different landmarks and points of interest weekly, and these can unlock new guards, colors, and sounds for the "weapon."

There are three new locations to find the Omni Chips this week, and one of those places is Sleepy Sound. This Fortnite guide will go over how to get to Sleepy Sound and the locations of the Omni Chips.

Where is Sleepy Sound

Fortnite players having trouble locating Sleepy Sound can look to the northern end of the current battle royale map. It's east of Logjam Lumberyard, northwest of The Daily Bugle, northeast of Shifty Shafts, and north of Coney Crossroads.

• Omni Chip 1 - The first Omni Chip is in the southern section of Sleepy Sound. It's next to a Mending Machine in the courtyard of what appears to be a motel.
• Omni Chip 2 - Head to the northern part of Sleepy Sound across the water, and then head to the beach to the north. There will be a dock there with the Omni Chip lying on top of it in plain sight.
• Omni Chip 3 - And for the last chip, look at the row of lake houses on the southern end of the top part of Sleepy Sound. There are four homes, and the home on the left will have the Omni Chip out on its dock underneath a gazebo-like structure.

All Omni Chips will remain on the map until the end of the season, so players don't need to worry about missing out on any of them from previous weeks.

As for what else is going on in Fortnite this week, Scarlet Witch from the Marvel Comics has joined Doctor Strange in the Item Shop, with a new skin available for purchase, as well as some other cosmetic items. And to celebrate Star Wars day on May 4th, Lightsabers can be picked up around the island, Stormtroopers have invaded, and Star Wars outfits are back in the store.

Fortnite is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. For those on mobile devices, Fortnite is now playable via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
